In the event of a return due to reference, size, or color, the return shipping cost to the USA must be borne by the customer. In the case of a warranty claim, the shipping cost will be covered by Tactic Health International.
Right of withdrawal: According to Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, you may exercise the right of withdrawal only if your purchase was made on healthcompany.co or through remote chat or phone assistance. The request must be made within a maximum of 5 business days following receipt of the entire order. After this period, it will not be applicable.
